OK I'll admit it, I'm not really big into the Forza series at all. Probably because I'm just not a 'cars' guy. Hell, I don't even own a car. But, some people are practically obsessed with the things and watching this gameplay video I can kind of see why. Forza 4 seems to be quite the 1:1 driving simulator experience, with some really fantastic visuals to boot.
Hmm...maybe there is something to getting into one of these mechanical beats and burning some track. The wind in my hair, a blond to my right. Oh wait...that's Cruisin' USA. But still, you get the picture.

Im not a racing game fan, but playing the demo it was actually pretty good and the driving felt nice. I pick Forza 4 over Gran Turismo.

Looking forward to playing this game. Not looking forward to grinding through Career mode. Took me over a year and a half to 100% Forza .3 but the Driving Physics are improved from what I can tell in the Forza 4 Demo.

1:1 Simulation? Eh, I wouldn't go that far, Joseph.

So is there really that much of difference between Forza and GT? Is it just that GT looks better? I think these racing/driving sims need to branch out....skill trees...open world...metroidvania...bullet time....jellyvision...the works.

I didn't have a chance to check out the demo, but I went ahead and picked up a copy since I already own 2-3. It seems to have some major improvements, the car characteristics are a lot smoother, as in fluent. But the biggest change I have noticed is the organization of the menus and multiplayer. Everything is a little easier to access, instead of selecting a car and going through multiple menus to get the desired effect you want. Overall, I would say it's a great step forward for racing sims. But if you aren't a fan of Racing in general, then you may want to stay away, as this is purely that. See everyone on the Track. :D
