Developer Treyarch is certainly going all out with the next installment of their Zombie Mode as found in the upcoming Escalation Map Pack DLC. "Call of the Dead" is not just some ordinary map pack. No sir, it's a full fledged upgrade to the mode and stars such names as Sarah Michelle Gellar, Robert Englund (Freddy Kreuger), Danny Trejo from Machete, and Michael Rooker. As if that wasn't enough, lastly George Romero himself makes an appearance as a zombie boss character which is probably the best homage one can do.
All the characters all have part of their iconic look with Robert Englund wearing a Freddy hat, Danny Trejo with his Machete's, Michael Rooker wearing the costume from The Walking Dead, and Sarah Michelle Gellar having those breasts.
Check out the trailer and screens below. The trailer is also awesome and comes to us in that distinct Robert Rodriguez style. It's all cheesy Grindhouse and guts, and I love every moment of it. Needless to say, it's looking like that $15 for a map pack might be getting a little more worth it. Also, I call dibs on Robert.

I was kinda sad when I saw that Richtofen wasn't in this, until I saw in the trailer "ROBERT ENGLUND", then I had to change my pants. My favorite horror movie monster is in this game, I have to go re-buy black ops just to get this.

Wow!!! I've always wanted to play Zombies as a horror film legend such as Robert "Freddy" Englund, the wild ugly Mexican from Machete, the beautifully endowed Sarah Michelle Gellar, and the potty mouthed Michael Rooker... I think I just creamed my pants when I saw the trailer for Call of the Dead... not once but twice again after finding out George Romero is the King of the Zombags... er Zombies... as the song goes.... Do You want to partay? It's partay time!!!
