Where's my Julia? Where's my Jaycee? Bob is in? *barf* I'm going to believe this was only done so there could be a Rufus and Bob tag team. I was also surprised to see just how different this game looks from Street Fighter 4. I understand the game is still a 2d fighter and all, but I hear the button layout is more like it is in Tekken. There is also a "launcher" move, which hasn't been in either series. The air juggles seem to be more Tekken like as well. I love the animations in Street Fighter 4, and honestly, I'm most excited to see all of the Hyper Combos for the various Tekken fighters. If Julia ever comes back, I want to see a "Mega Thousand Super Elbow" or something.

The game looks fun. I'm currently enjoying MvC 3 and I'm looking forward to see what Capcom whips up for SF x Tekken. What I'm concerned about is the button layout. Not the combos, but the specials. I don't want to be doing quarter circle forwards + P to pull of Asuka's forward +1 + 2. Either way, can't wait. Sucks that it's gonna be this one first instead of Tekken x SF. I'm more interested to see what Namco does with the SF characters.

I'm really looking forward to this mostly due to the fact its a crossover. Most of my friends only play Tekken, and whilst I like it I like to keep my games varied. So finally I can duke it out with my friends as both Tekken and street fighter characters. This game is going to awesome!

I was pretty sure the Tekken side of this would have made me like this game more, but the Street Fighter Engine just never appealed to me..and I must say it definitely isn't giving me a chub :/

This looks awesome but I am more interested to see what Tekken x Street Fighter will end up looking like. I want to see if they can actually make Street Fighter characters work in a 3D environment.

I wouldn't worry too much about Julia making it into the game. After all her and/or Michelle are always in Tekken so I don't see why she wouldn't make the cut. Plus how can they pass on T.Hawk vs. Julia Chang?! Native American showdown!

Originally I though SFxT would be 100% SF style gameplay with Tekken characters thrown in and TxSF would be 100% Tekken style gameplay with SF characters thrown in. Instead, I think it's closer to say that SFxT is 75% Street Fighter and 25% Tekken.
It's still 2d, with the whole super/ultra combo thing and similar pacing to SF but it looks like it's incorporated some of Tekken's gameplay elements such as a version of the juggling system. I think this is a smart way to appeal to both fanbases without completely alienating either.
Now we just need Leo and Hwoarang announced.
