I meant to put this up on Friday but I’ve been way too busy this weekend drinking and having sex. The latest Developer Diary by Dark Energy Digital goes through the various ways you will be able to kill your enemies in their upcoming XBLA game Hydrophobia.
Much of the focus is put on showing off the environmental kill options the game utilizes. Electrocute by shooting down power cables, blow up seeping gas emissions or, of course, drown those dastardly foes.
We've been playing the game at recent conventions and are fairly hyped about what's been shown so far!
Hydrophobia is set to be released on XBLA September 29th, 2010.

Can't wait for this game. So many my top 10 this year are gonna be XBLA and PSN titles. Also lol at the first sentence.

While the hype isn't really there for me at the moment, I'm interested in how the game handles water physics and/or environmental stuff. From the video I can say that it looks rather cool.

I like the floating fire. Looks good for a XBLA (lol ex-blah) game
