Never one to be outdone by a little Bioshock Infinite news, Kojima took to his Twitter account to offer a bit of news as well. And much like the sun will surely rise tomorrow, it comes in the form of an announcement announcing an announcement.
"Typhoon 4. It looks like it won't have an effect on the weekend. Thank goodness! However, my health is bad. Prior to TGS, we'll have a big announcement (?) on Saturday or Sunday, so I must recover,"
Before you get your pants in a bunch about the possibility of a new Zone of Enders game, he was quick to deflate those expectations with a fatal blow.
"ZOE3 and so forth -- it's not that big an announcement. However, I think you will be happy."

Well even though he confirmed that this particular announcement was not ZoE 3, he did not say that ZoE3 will never be coming so thats good news.
I feel like its going to be something related to Policenauts, like maybe a downloadable version on PSN or something. That or maybe ZoE in hd or something. Either way I'm sure Kojima will have something great for us.

I at least give him props for saying its not ZOE3. I hate when developers let everyone think theyre going to be releasing some legendary game, and then disappoint everyone at the announcement.
Anyways, Kojima always delivers so I'm excited to see what he's going to say.

If it's not ZOE3, then maybe it's some other IP that he's worked on in the past. It could be a Policenauts 2 or Snatcher 2.
