E3 2010: Dead Space 2 GameplayTrailer

I really enjoyed the first Dead Space! I hope this one turns out even better.

Looks good. Now lets hope this one doesn't have an awful turret sequence that feeds off of dreams and the souls of children like the first one did.

Well, colour me impressed.

The game looks like it's going to be the same as before, but that's not necessarily bad. Sure, people could still probably make legitimate complaints about Dead Space (And possibly this one too) and how generic or unoriginal it was, but the zero gravity sections were undoubtebly by far the highlights of the first game. The fact that they've now 1Up'd the first game with being able to fly around in Zero-G just gets me even more pumped.

P.S. Folks need to stop ragging on the turret sequences in Dead Space. Yeah, they weren't the greatest, but they were a good change in pace. Plus the laser sight controls were neato and kewl.

Looks like you can move around in zero-g so that's cool. Also, the rivet gun/HL2 crossbow/painkiller stake gun copycat fits perfectly for this game. I look forward to using it.

My most anticipated game of all-time!! Zero-G flight looks amazingly awesome. I absolutely adored the first Dead Space and the group of talented individuals over at Visceral Studios are certainly taking all the right steps towards establishing a promising new franchise. I can't wait to see what they will unveil at E3!! Hopefully they don't go to the extent Capcom took with RE5's trailers. I don't think anyone wants a repeat of 2008 where they spoiled most of the events of the game by showing them off in all of the trailers shown prior to its launch. But I have faith that Dead Space 2 will blow my mind away no matter what!

Deadspace 2 is def a day 1 purchase for me! I'm liking to what they did with the suit.

I really liked the first game. It was an awesome experience. And this sequel is setting up to be just as good as the last one. I really like the moving around in zero gravity and it looks set to be a great feature. My only slight worry is the mentioned multiplayer mode a few months back, if they get it right it could do well or it could do poorly. But as long as the single player experience isnt hindered I couldn't careless for multiplayer.

So far nothing that impressed me just a whole lot of oh hey you're gonna shoot more aliens. Best part of Dead Space was the atmosphere and the great in game UI, they need to expand on that more, otherwise a whole lot of the same thing.

I don't even need to see any videos, nothing NOTHING can possibly make me lose the monumental boner that has been erected in my pants in anticipation for this game.

Not even the fact that they changed the directors/head devs, not even the new dev's silly comments about them taking inspiration from Call Of Duty. Not even the fact that this trailer doesn't show much new stuff. Nothing. MY BONER STAYS INTACT, EA. STOP TRYING.

Playing through the first Dead Space myself as well for the first time, amazing game.

I loved the first Dead Space, but disliked the way Isaac had moved-slow and clunky. Hopefully DS2 will blow my freaking mind, the trailer already has so no doubt it will. =D
