First Look at Rage

I'm not really sure what to think of this yet. Is it an RPG? Is it a shooter? Is it both? I'll wait for more information about it before I make any judgments.

Not gonna lie, when you say wasteland and mutant. Fallout 3 pops into my head. I will say though this game does look quite different.

yea like rlb987 said its like fallout 3 but it looks more futuristic like the weapons and u can actually drive tho, so it has some better things u would like 2 c in fallout 3 and some worse

Take out the vehicular thing, and this is exactly what Fallout 3 should have been. Well, as long as it has an RPG element or two...

That trailer was well done, too bad it's another post-apocalyptic game. Just like World War 2, I'm done with this setting (well no game has done post apocalyptic well enough, anyway - yes, I'm including Fallout 3) . How about something more green? I'm tired of looking at greys' and browns.

I just got back from the first day of quake and saw this premier live. Remind me alot of fallout 3. The guy talked alot about it and it sounds way different though. tomorrow is suppose to be a way more active day i cant wait.

Can see a lot of Bioshock/Fallout 3 influence in there.

the trailer made it look a whole lot like the footage of Borderlands. it seems the video game industry currently has a post apocalyptic fetish.

Ok, Fallout 3 comparisons are unavoidable. But this looks a great deal more 'shooter' and a whole lot less 'rpg.'

I want to know how linear Rage is going to be.

Fallout 3 with racecars.

Just like past posts, Fallout 3 was the first thing that popped into my head. But this looks like it has different and more unique elements than Fallout 3. Can't wait to see more of it!

idk, i like the look of the game and it kind of has a B movie "when mutants attack" sort of feel but yeh, I can't pass a judgment yet
