4Player Podcast iTunes

We sincerely apologize to anyone who is offended by the title of this podcast... Now that I got that out of the way, it's time to talk about games! Like the calm before the storm, our impressions segment is narrowed in the weeks leading up to our trip to E3. We talk about some L.A. Noire, Viking, Homefront, and some weird game called Blood Will Tell. In the news we cover a lot of the rumor mill including some surprising rumors surrounding some popular IPs; both new and old. As the night winds down, we debate the differences between annual game releases for series like Assassin's Creed and Call of Duty and what it means for those franchises. It's an action packed show this week so don't forget to wear your seat belt!

I saw the movie based on the same thing Blood Will Tell is based on (I think it's a manga? I don't remember) when it was on On Demand, called Dororo. Recommended. Also I'm super curious to try out D&D now.

Great LA Noire discussion, again! At least now I have no qualms about not purchasing it day one. Although my curiousity is not sated...

Laughed a lot during this one as always. Keep up the great work!

Not sure if the guys even check these comments after the show has been posted for some time but I just had to say how much I enjoyed this episode. I love the fact that Brad went into a bit of detail discussing Blood Will Tell and Viking. Reminds me of when I first started watching/listening in 08 and they would always talk about older, even last gen games during the 'games played recently segment'. I loved at the time that a video game podcast would talk about games like Urban Chaos: Riot Response, old Silent Hill's, Odd World Strangers Wrath and Jade Empire in addition to whatever big game released that week that every other podcast was discussing.

Due to time constraints probably it seems like this kind of discussion has been lost over the years but I really hope that open game night can bring some of these titles back into in-depth discussion again. Maybe even a revival of the Revival Club =D
